Matt and Rory, who run Warson Ltd, hold a Level 2 NVQ in Impervious and Textile Floor Coverings, both completed a two-year apprenticeship with on-the-job training & each have over 9 years experience in the industry. We believe in giving our customers a high-quality service at a fair price. Our top priority is to ensure every customer is as happy as possible with the finished work. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.
