Asked for the following jobs to be done: Worktops fitted New sink put in Light sockets changed Skirting board changed in downstairs toilet Worktop is scratched Light socket doesn’t switch the light on Massive hole left in wall. Said he’d return the next day to put right. Didn’t return. I’ve messaged every day since. No reply. DO NOT USE. Reporting to Trading Standards now and taking to small claims court.

Luxury vinyl tile is fast taking over from laminate and ceramic tiles due to no laminate warping or grout cracking but it looks the exact same but more durable and longer lasting! New to rated people so don’t have any reviews yet but my pictures are of my previous works!

The job involved removal of a washbasin and WC in two en-suites, remove old tiles in one, and then retile both en-suites. The result: neither WC properly replace or aligned: only one screw holding one pan! One of the washbasin feed is leaking. Tiles are not smoothe and edge sealing was amateurish. The job was heavily overpriced. I would not use 5hem again.
