Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

Be very careful with these individuals, as there is a quoted price and the actual price they are really going to charge. As soon as the bathrooms wer ripped out leaks and other problems suddenly arose, adding at least £2000.00 to the bill. The shower pump was positioned under the bath where the only way to get to it was to open up a service hatch above the stairs, otherwise having to remove the bath and damage all the tiles. I paid for a new pump but they fitted one at least 4 years old. There's more......

Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile/landline/email Public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing. The tiler should be able to give you ideas about what tile size to use, what colour grout is best suited to the tile etc.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.
