Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Mihai and team have been absolutely fantastic. The quality of their work is great. Mihai is a problem solver and made us feel he had our interest at heart. He always made good recommendations on how to effectively improve the work, was helpful wherever needed e.g. Buying materials or rexommemdkng the right equipment and appliances. He always gave us options, explaining pros and cons. Him and the team are very nice and easy going. Also important, it's great he could do all the electric and plumbing.

Kelsey and his team have completed an entire repair, and painting project on the outside of our Tudor style farmhouse where both the masonry and woodwork had been neglected for some years. From the moment we met Kelsey we knew we were in a safe pair of hands. Throughout the project he has communicated in a timely manner and kept us updated on how everything is progressing. Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. I had vinyl flooring fitted in my daughters bedroom, it was fitted to a high standard my daughter is very pleased with it. Very good price too, will be using Black pearl flooring again for my living room and hall and stairs. Very professional highly recommend

Silvio and team did a fantastic job installing my new kitchen. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
