Jack didn’t turn up on the day he was supposed to. He has ruined my kitchen floor, ripped it and tried to hide it by closing the kitchen cupboard and leaving quickly, cut it too short in some places, used a clear silicone over the top which makes it look worse. kitchen floor lifted in 2 places and bedroom has lifted in 1 place. I have tried to resolve this with him, but will be taking him to small claims court as I have to pay someone else to fix this. I would really, really recommend using another trader!

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

CJ Mooney was very quick to answer my job, very professional and quite happy to answer insurance companies questions. He turned up on time and did a great job. He went above and beyond and actually bought more than he said and didn't charge any extra. A very pleasant manner, I would definitely recommend and use again.

Iurie was swift to respond and attend. His work ethic was good and so was the skirting. The only setback was tidying up after himself. Aside from this, he was good to have around and offered his services for other work.
