Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

I have been an electrician since 2008, I do have my 18th edition electrical installation certificate, and I can sign off electrical work. I am a very creative electrician with many great ideas on what will look good and what will look Great.
Dev was very personable and did a fantastic job. He left the place cleaner than when he started and managed to correct a number if short cuts taken with the previous hood installation. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an electrician
