We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Sound proofing of dining room, sitting room and bedroom. I applied for the job on the weekend, on the same day Aaron rang me and came to have a look at the job and do a quotation. He gave me lots of information and gave me a quote the next day - the quote was agreed - Materials were ordered by Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning along with Aaron's team of electricians, plasterers and ceiling installers along with Aaron's father Pier who was extremely knowledgeable and came up with lots of ideas.

Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value. We were very pleased.

I was dubious about hiring people to do work in my house after one or two previous disasters, but Steve was brilliant. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced for the job I wanted doing. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to anyone else.

Julian and his team were the best building experience we have ever had ---without doubt. Julian is incredibly friendly and helpful working with us closely throughout the build to check we were kept in the picture, happy satisfied and on budget. The work is not yet finished, but I have enough experience with Maurice to say that he is excellent. Keen, attentive, personable and goes the extra mile without prompting. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy at every stage. He does his level best to get us great prices on materials. His work is to the highest standard. Highly recommended.

I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I
