Once we've discussed your vision, we move on to creating a fully bespoke 3D design using premium software — bringing your dream storage solution to life so you can see exactly how it will look and feel in your home. A small design fee of £250.00 is payable before design work commences, and this is deducted from your final order total if you choose to go ahead with us. From there, your design is refined and adjusted until it's exactly right. Once finalised, we provide an accurate, itemised quote based directly on your approved design — meaning absolutely no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying for, down to the last detail. And here's our promise: if you find a better price elsewhere, your design is yours to keep — no questions asked. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
