I have the photos to show the blocked drain caused by the solid mortar. The drain specialist that attended my property confirmed it and documented it in the paperwork I received. I also have photos and video of the wall installation. Happy to share with others to make their own decision if RP would let me!

A bit of a let down. Promises of doing all I asked, when it came to finishing, some jobs done, some done shoddily and some not done at all. Left terrible mess and did not take the rubbish despite promising to do so. Do not pay them before they finish is my advice
