Kris did a great job. Better finish than I hoped for. He even corrected some existing faults and put those right so that he achieved a great finish. Friendly and professional. Small price negotiations took place, prior to the job, but we settled on a fair price. Turned up slightly late, but was decent enough to text me and let me know the situation. Came eqipped with all necessary tools, completed the installation within a reasonable timeframe and also explained how to test the alarm and change battery. Polite, friendly and easy to deal with. Other tradesmen should definately take a leaf out of his book.
