Quick to respond to advert on Rated People. Answered questions on where they were located and asked me for a video of job, which was sent. However, I needed the job to be done asap and Patrick has broken his ankle so I went with another gardening service. Patrick did call to explain what had happened and offered a discount on any other work. Very genuine worker.

My name is Glenn Ward. I started ForWard Home Improvements as a sole trader a couple of years ago, and am now looking to expand my business. My reputation with my existing customers is that I am reliable, trustworthy and hard working. Most of my customers to date have been acquired through word of mouth. I consider that no job is too small. I enjoy doing a variety of work which includes:-garden maintenance; general handyman; and painting and decorating. I particularly enjoy gardening and outside work; and jobs where I can use my sketching and measuring skills, developed during an earlier career as a draftsman. This was our first job with this company, and we were entirely happy with every aspect of it. Tammy came straight out to view the garden, and reccomended the best way to tackle our trees. What we really liked about Tammy is that she met all the timings, and delivered exactly what was promised. She then came back at the end of the job to check we were entirely happy before taking any payment. We can reccomend this company without reservation, and we will definitely use them again.
