We must responsibly tip our waste at a tip that weighs the amount of waste and charges us a fee depending on the amount of waste. Our gardeners must also do this in their own time, which is normally at the weekends when they are not gardening. Therefore, all waste removal is an extra charge from the gardening service. John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Really great work in tidying up my garden. Grafted hard to clean out the weeds, trimmed down my tree and hedges, and took all the waste away. All this during a very wet day. One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
