Hi just had Martin and his son totally transform our garden. They asked us what we were looking for and made some good suggestions to guide us. all the way through the transformation they would ask our opinion and discuss changes as we went along. They were very hard working guys, very professional. The owner (myself - Michael) have worked in the industry for around about 3 years on a part time basis. I worked full-time as a engineer and done my gardening on nighttime’s and weekends when I had time to do so, whilst being a dad and a partner. After many moons and blood sweat and tears finally came the right time to set out and form into a business where I could offer my services to the public and other businesses. The business and myself fully believe In doing the very best job we can every time, no matter the situation. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.
I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.
