I used A & A to quickly reburbish an overgrown garden in one of my rental properties. I decided on the low maintenance route, lifting grass and laying chips and having the deck refurbished. From initial point of contact to completion of the project I was delighted to find a reliable and trustworthy contractor. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any project large or small. This contractor will be my first contact for all other projects. I could not recommend them enough. Well done.

If i could give 6 stars I would, From the first point of contact with Frank on revamping my back garden to him coming to my house to brainstorm ideas. Discussing renewing decking Frank gave me an idea of building a retaining wall and back filling the space to have a level even garden. Frank and James were punctual and professional on site. The whole job seemed effortless (from my kitchen window). Given what was required. If I ever need anything else done garden or driveway wise i'll be calling him!!

I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.

Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Tree was trimmed in line with our request, they also sealed the cut areas and trimmed additional dead/redundant branches at no extra cost. Left work site spotless, was very impressed with the professionalism.

From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. David, Lewis & Anthony worked hard and left everything tidy and all rubbish was collected the next day. Would definitely recommend. No payment was required until job completed to our satisfaction. We’ve since had two neighbours ask for their contact details. ??????????

Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Robert and his team started and finished the job within agreed timescales and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished job. The two guys responded quickly to my request. Turned up when they said they would. They were very friendly and did an excellent job of rehanging a period door that had come away from the door frame that need cutting out and replacing sections of timber - all at a very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend.
