Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Great job, full boiler replacement done perfectly as well as sorting out the dodgy issues from the previous boiler installation.
