The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. We invited Ian back to quote for the kitchen refurbishment after his excellent work on the bathroom. His quote was very reasonable and he carried out all the work to a very high standard. He worked with other specialists in a constructive way and he is clearly a team worker. Highly recommended. An excellent person to do the bathroom refurbishment. He is reliable with timing for the quotation and for each day of the work. The quality of attention to detail is above the norm and there is no skimping.
Really professional and adaptable as changing the taps and radiators turned out to be a much bigger job than initially thought. Would definitely call again.
