Unfortunately on two occasions now Grant has agreed to attend a job and not shown up. After the first time, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. It’s a shame as he seems like a nice guy who does a good job, but if it’s reliable you’re after, I’d go elsewhere.

Chris and his team gave our entire en - suite a new look. Excellent job. The shower had a step to get in. They managed to get the tray on the floor level and the whole area was retiled. A new boxed in toilet and vanity unit completed the look. Chris told us exactly what was going to happen each day and every night told us what time the tradesmen would arrive. Everyone was prompt professional and pleasant. Great job. We have asked him to quote for a full bathroom renovation. Highly recommended by us.

Very pleased with the work carried out re-connecting the gas supply to our boiler. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Pete and his team were friendly, considerate and respectful, provided a prompt quotation, performed the work to original cost despite a slight overrun (due to heavier drilling required), left our home tidy and clean, and with a fully functioning boiler again...thank you!
