In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). Bernie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We trusted his immediately and provided a key to the property so he could come and go as he pleased. A true 'old-school tradesman' (in the best possible sense!). A courteous and respectful craftsman who took a real pride in the work he performed - a massive job; 14 radiator central heating install with new boiler (no previous CH in the1890's house). Bernie was always clean, tidy, respectful and preformed the job swiftly and on quote. We will use him again.
Guy was excellent. Very quick and efficient and able to suggest good solutions to tricky problems. He moved the boiler from the upstairs bedroom down into the kitchen, replaced all the plumbing and lead pipes in the kitchen, brought a gas pipe into the house for a cooker and put a new radiator in the kitchen. Really friendly, very trustworthy, flexible in working hours, happy to leave him alone in the house, have recommended him to friends and family and will definitley use him again in the house.

Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Overall he is a fantastic builder and I would 100% recommend him.

Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.
