Was unable to come at arranged time but made contact to advise this and arrange another time same day (after normal working hours which suited me). Over all I was very pleased with the service I received and will use again. I did however expect to be contacted by more than one tradesman for comparison purposes from what I read on your site.
Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Saved me money I will and am using again. Honesty is best policy.
John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. I had new central heating and a boiler installed into my flat. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. They did a first class job and all to gas safety standards. They gave really good advice and came up with good solutions. They were always on time and were very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. Very polite and explained everything he was doing. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.
