The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Poor contact, I was doing all the chasing. Flooring cut short in places, new shower fitted leaking. Jack advised date to fit bath panel and towel rail then cancelled. Has worked out very expensive because I have paid for a heated towel rail and bath panel that has not been supplied or fitted. When job was agreed in June, Jack said he was fully booked for 2 weeks, now August and no sign of completion and no contact from him. Would I recommend Bathly Plumbers? NEVER
