Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Sadly I have been let down twice in two consecutive weeks. Was initially told he would attend last Saturday but called to say he would have to reschedule, which was fine. We rescheduled for today, I messaged him yesterday to see what time he was coming. I didn't get a response. Not good at all. My review DOES NOT reflect the skills and qualifications Craig has as I can't comment on this because he never turned up. Frustrating.
