Ended up being a boiler replacement job, which was arranged quickly and installed efficiently. Certain unforeseen problems arose and persisted, meaning the work dragged on for a fair while. However, Andy persevered admirably to complete the job and deal with issues caused by suppliers.

He always turned up when he said he would, worked hard for all the time he was at my house and was thoroughly professional.
