He always turned up when he said he would, worked hard for all the time he was at my house and was thoroughly professional. Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

Just had my Vaillant 831 fitted by B&K Heating LTD, turned up on time, did a fantastic job & cleaned up, worth paying a bit more & we can tell the difference in the heating & water now, don't give these guys a miss, Excellent alround.
