Solomon replied to my ad very quickly which was great and he managed to get the heating working in my flat, which it hadn't been. However, the fault light on my boiler came back on shortly after he left and he hasn't been able to provide a report on what issue needs fixing for me to be able to follow up on. He also wouldn't pre confirm an hourly rate or agree costs upfront. He was however very friendly and helpful, if he can provide a report and rectify the issue then I'd happily use him again.

Lawrence from J & L Gas & Renewables Limited plumbed and fitted a new garden tap today 8th May. He quoted us a very competitive price, arrived on time, and did a wonderful and very professional job. Everything was left clean and tidy including refitting the drawers into the kitchen sink unit. In addition to an excellent, fast and professional job, Lawrence was kind and very helpful and explained everything to us. Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.

They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. But, all in all I am happy to recommend Matthew to anyone.
