He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. Tony is a very experienced and knowledgeable heating engineer and was able to identify the problem with our combi boiler quickly and correctly. Tony is very personable and explained the fault to me in layman’s terms. Tony’s rates are very reasonable and the job was completed proficiently with no mess and no fuss. I would highly recommended Tony and Abbins Maintenance Ltd to anyone looking for a plumber.

Quoted for boiler replacement.Gave me options on the boiler,saving me over £500.Turned up at 9am both days and stayed until after 18.00.Work was done to a first class standard,and has transformed my home.Good to see a young man starting out on his own with a first class work ethic.Not once was he on his phone,no excuses no nonsense just good honest hard work.Cant rate him highly enough and he will be doing further work for me.Have absolutely no problem with recommending this hard working young man to anyone

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. I'm very happy with the work he completed. It was completed to a high standard at a very good price and at a time that was convenient for me. If any of my family or friends ever need a gas engineer, I will recommend Richard.
