Initial quote sought for boiler service which turned into a new boiler needing to be fitted and gas pipes replaced. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
