Although he was let down by his supplier, in as much that there was a delay in delivery of some of the order, he has done tha job by the deadline for which I am most grateful. Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Been paid £1000, after weeks on a 3-4 day job, the job still wasn’t finished. Lied about the costs of materials and pocketed the rest. Didn’t show up multiple times. Made such a mess. Leaving food wrappers/packaging in my house, cigarette ends on my drive/garden. Damaged my carpet, walls and ceiling. Made an awful attempt at the tiling. Damaged the tiles, left huge gaps, uneven gaps. After a few days the tiles fell off. Would not return my house key and still hasn’t after weeks.£1400 nothing to show for it
