Posted an advert on rated people for a boiler repair late on a Saturday evening - We had no heating and Andy contacted us within 30 mins of the advert being placed - He arrived on Sunday, exactly when he said he would, and started work on the boiled - there were multiple issues with our boiler but he pinpointed all the problems pretty quickly - Got the boiler back up and running in a few hours. Highly recommended - Great value for money and clearly has a lot of experience in oil boilers. Will use again.

Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed.
