Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. No heating, Hamisi has installed the boiler for me in Nov. 2022. On Feb. 24 the boiler stopped working, He came back and claimed that there was a problem with the heating pipe that would take too long to fix not the boiler but couldn't get the boiler back to work. Another gas plumber and British gas engineer attended the property and reported that the boiler was wrongly installed. I sent the report to HMW who refuses responsibility and does not want to come and fix it because it will take a long time.
