Rich and his team did a great job. I had them quote and fit 2 electric boilers, previously we had an oil powered boiler. I have recently moved to the area of woodville, I have worked as a sole trader for 2 years but have worked in the plumbing industry for 7 years. My work consists of boiler installation and servicing, full system installation or upgrades. gas safety certificate, hob changes and all plumbing work from tap changes to sink swap to also toilet repairs or replacements.

On reflection and having had time to reflect while the 2 jobs were completed I surveyed the working area later and realised cleaning up or even being prepared to was something that James could improve upon as wire, pieces of wood, discarded lighting rose left on top of my freezer was just a flavour- not to mention the outside light stopped working a day after, then did, then stopped again… and despite assurances he would be back sat or Sunday you guessed it no show…not be using again??????????

Turned up as promised for quote, showed me the cost of radiator and how much total cost would be. Came to fit at time he said and replaced my radiator. Had to call him out as small leak but turned up when agreed. Would definitely use again, price and work very good
