No heating, Hamisi has installed the boiler for me in Nov. 2022. On Feb. 24 the boiler stopped working, He came back and claimed that there was a problem with the heating pipe that would take too long to fix not the boiler but couldn't get the boiler back to work. Another gas plumber and British gas engineer attended the property and reported that the boiler was wrongly installed. I sent the report to HMW who refuses responsibility and does not want to come and fix it because it will take a long time.

Ola came on time to refit an old gas hob that needed replacing. He initially came to quote and he purchased the hob I wanted with full correspondence throughout. His work was first class taking his time to ensure all was in-order during the re-fit. Ola even fixed a gas isolation issue that was required for the gas supply to the hob - only charging for the parts.
