1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Left my property after 10 minutes. Then demanded I pay £80 call out charge, in spite of having done absolutely nothing and arriving 90 mins late. STAY AWAY from Electro Flame.

Really quick response to the job posting. Quality of work was excellent and exactly as quoted. They replaced my gutters and fascias and also de-mossed the roof .
