No heating, Hamisi has installed the boiler for me in Nov. 2022. On Feb. 24 the boiler stopped working, He came back and claimed that there was a problem with the heating pipe that would take too long to fix not the boiler but couldn't get the boiler back to work. Another gas plumber and British gas engineer attended the property and reported that the boiler was wrongly installed. I sent the report to HMW who refuses responsibility and does not want to come and fix it because it will take a long time.

I cannot recommend Nick and his company enough with our Valliant boiler replacement! Nick provided a very competitive price, offered options, was very neat (even laid protection on carpets to ensure no mess), was reliable, avoided unnecessary costs like scaffolding when clearly not required for health and safety and was/is an extremely skilled gas engineer.
