George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Initial communication was perfect and David kept me updated on arrival time etc. He showed me a video of our roof and explained what was required. Work carried out on time and the bill was as stated with no nonsense (like some contractors). Our next door neighbour has also since had roof work carried out by the company and is also very happy. First class service, just wish all contractors were like this.

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard.
