George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Chris and Ray were very friendly and approachable. They came to give a quote, explained what needed doing, discussed with us throughout how they would do the job and did it there and then when a fair price was agreed. They took before and after photos to show us, cleaned up everything afterwards and involved us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. George started really well but unfortunately didn't finish the small areas required to complete. Had to finish of some small cosmetic issues myself. Such a shame as the main tiling work was really good.

I wanted a Church Font removing from my garden and this company performed the task with ease. Both of them disposed of the font and cleared the area with no trouble at all. Cannot praise their work ethic enough, polite, pleasant and courteous. Although the font was large they managed to break it up and take away all the remains. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
