A very professional group of family run business. Reliable and courteous, they turn up on time, done a great job and cleans up well afterwards. I am a qualified plumber and Gas Safe Engineer . I have done upto NVQ level 3 in plumbing and have work experience for about 11/12years. I have also done an electrician course. In the mean time I am undertaking any bathroom related contract jobs, plumbing (boiler repair, installation), electric work, carpeting and tiling.

Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.

The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!
