Andy contacted me within an hour of posting my job on Rated People. I was pleasantly surprised as the job was not high value and in my experience most plumbers just wouldn't bother with something so minor. Andy arrived at the arranged time the following morning, assessed the job, went off to acquire the parts needed, and returned to fit them. All within an hour. Excellent service.
