Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.

Dean was the first plumber who responded and got in touch. He fit me in the very next day. Provided a quote, fixed the drainage issues in the kitchen and bathroom and sorted out a minor leak. All with guarantee. Price was reasonable. I will be in touch again in the future for any plumbing problems.
