It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.

Job done although unusual to put silicone around the edge of a plug socket - but perhaps the only way he found to ensure it was affixed well. A shame it doesn’t look a match to the rest of the house now. Called to ask for payment seconds after finishing. When I hadn’t got home had a chance to check it myself. My friend next door took a pic for me. He was quite over assertive and I paid because I didn’t want to argue. Reasonable value.
