I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

Miroslav replaced 4 window handles and a broken hinge. Also arranging a replacement large double glazed sliding door for me - replacing to have one specially cut to incorporate a cat flap. Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. They left the flat clean and tidy. They were always on time, very respectful and professional. They were very fast, large team, efficient and cost effective. I would definitely work with him again. Azhar was very meticulous with his finishing touches to the flooring and ensured it looked professional and stylish. He is definitely skilled.
