After advertising the job, Michael was in the local area the following day and asked if he can pop over to have a look at the job. Got a good vibe from him and agreed to give him the job. I had other quotes which were cheaper but liked his professional and calm character. His timing was prompt and job was good quality. Communication was good also. Also asked him to do the ceiling and glad I did, kitchen looks great now. He gave me advice about flooring too which is next on the list.
