After my adverse review, Roofline finally contacted me and returned to my house to resolve my complaint. Will redid the felt finishing to a much better standard. There had also been a new leak in a different room due to a problem in the tiled roof and Will repaired it straight away as well. A very good professional experience. There was a substance I didn’t have and wasn’t supplied by the manufacturers, but he completed the other tasks and came back a few days later to fit the trellises. I offered to pay for the work he’d completed that day, but said it was ok to pay when he came back to fit trellises. Very impressed with the work and will not hesitate to call on Alsite again.
