Have a 1 as you can’t give a zero. Turned up and agreed a price and start date, received a text telling me they would start on the Monday instead of the agreed day. Didn’t turn up, didn’t turn up on the agree day and didn’t contact me. Turned up on the Wednesday with a brush a bucket and a few hammers. Smashed up part of the wall got up and left after 45mins. I phoned and asked if he was away for lunch and was told his tool broke and he would be back on Friday when it was fixed. He never turned up. AVOID

Took on Super Mario to paint front door navy blue surroundings white. Unfortunately he painted everything navy blue. I pointed out his error so he over painted the navy with white. The first coat was obviously not properly dry so the result is a disaster. He promised to rectify the problem but had failed to appear. I will now have to employ another painter to sort the job......... but not from Rated People

He came out today to paint my kitchen, and what a fantastic job he's done. Very clean and tidy and completed my whole kitchen within a short space of time. I would highly recommend Majid. Agreed job not completed. Over 75% of agreed fee paid and now left having to find a new joiner for a final small-ish but important job that people won't be keen to complete without other work. I explained the importance of this when the full job was agreed. I have contacted multiple times with no help, even after explaining this situation and the importance of having this full job complete. Over paid for the work that was done . Cannot recommend this service at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
