Matt gave us a competitive quotation and stuck to it, although I suspect that the work ended up taking longer than he expected! He also communicated well and delivered a good quality job.

Russell is like the decorator in your dreams. Always on time: you could literally set your watch.by him. Works to a really high standard and takes pride in his work. Add to that: pleasant, completely reliable and easy to work with. Best of all, the rooms in my home that he did look amazing. I don't do this often, but I can't recommend him highly enough.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Very happy with all the work Tony has done. I've ended up keeping Tony on site to undertake lots more work, including removing walls, plastering, repairing intricate cornice and he's been arranging other trades for me; re-wire, joinery.... the list goes on... very happy with all Tony's contacts.

Dan fitted some doors for us - despite the job being trickier than expected he wrapped it up in good time and cam back promptly to complete when it had to overrun slightly.

Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. I couldn't praise this builder/ landscaper enough, highly professional with great workmanship at a reasonable price. Always consulted with me to clarify any design issues. Nigel, came to quote and sent his man Peter to do the work. All I can say is that I'll always use these guys for any carpentery in the future. Peter was amazing, very high quality work, helpful, nothing was a problem or an issue. Brilliant 'can do' attitude . A rare find and not too expensive.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Vinnie carried out works building new brick pillar to suit larger opening and alterations to existing pillar installed new aluminium garden gate along with new caps for pillars would highly recommend Vinnie’s service’s, works were carried out to a highly standard & area left clean & tidy on a daily basis.

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Excellent tradesman, discussed options, Ben sourced the rail we wanted and fit the new rail quickly and efficiently making good where required after removing and disposing of the old rail. Excellent quality of work and exceeded all expectations.

I cannot recommend Gary and his boys enough, they have done a fabulous job on my back garden with a new patio, artificial grass and brick built planters. I have already asked them to quote me for my front garden as would not use anyone else now. Thank you again Wilson Builders.
