Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost.
