Igor attended for a site visit before providing a quote. He was knowledgeable and open with his advice. The quote was mid-range which feels right for the experience. He was able to get work started very quickly, members of his team arrived within a couple of days after I'd gone out to procure supplies. He helped with communication via Whatsapp (for us) and calling his team directly and was very responsive. He was open to feedback or discussion about alternate approaches at any time. From flat pack furniture, hanging stuff on the walls(pictures ,courtains...etc), laminate flooring, to small issues in kitchen and bathroom( leaking taps...etc), plaster board and painting. I had a small bathroom fully refurbished including some work on the plumbing, tiling and fitting a shower, a toilet and a sink. The work was completed to a good standard. Some things were not up to scratch on the tiling, grout and silicone. However, Mario made sure all was rectified in the end. The work took longer than planned about a month but overall was all good.
