Neil ended up completing the full 2nd fix in my new build property, including fitting of staircase, kitchen, doors, skirting, laminate and associated tasks. All work was completed to a high standard, including the overcoming of some difficulties in actually fitting in the staircase to comply with building control. This was a very high standard of work. I had to work for the week and felt very comfortable leaving him with keys to my home. I would defiantly use Spencer again to do work within my home.
Brian was very professional in manner. His tradesman-ship was clear when he came to assess the work needed to be done. Unfortunately, the work needed was way beyond what I had expected and therefore, understandably,beyond my budget. I will be in contact with him once my situation changes to complete the work he advised me on. I gave 4 stars in quality and value as I could not ask him to undertake the work needed.
RW brickwork is a 5 STAR rated company with rated people and has many years of experience specialising in brickwork. I also do all other aspects of building work including ground work, plastering, etc. City & Guilds, CIOB, CSCS , HND qualified .
My wife and I wanted the job doing with the least disturbance possible and to the highest standard of quality. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job. After the job was complete they they cleaned up the area they had worked in. I would have no reason not to strongly recommend them.

Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.
