I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Richmond arrived at my house as soon as job was posted. It was an element replacement in a range cooker oven but it turned out I had to replace the entire cooker given the state we found it. He was back as soon as new cooker arrived. His prompt response and attention to detail is excellent. He comes highly recommended.
