Sam Roberts was extremely curteous and very professional. He recently carried out an electrical installations condition check at one of our properties. As a result of the check, some work was needed. He did this work very efficiently and for a reasonable price. His van broke down on first assigned day of the work. He let me know of this very early on the day and he was very apologatic about it. He completed the job the very next day. You only find out how good someone is when a problem occurs. Excellent!

Will came with a team to our home to update our fuse board, earth our gas and water and help us out with a lot of unknown /unused outdoor cables. I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
