Nick impressed from the start by providing a detailed estimate which he kept to throughout. The initial job was to decorate the renovated interior from scratch ie bare wood and plaster and was very demanding with strong colours cut in against white walls and ceilings The gloss finish on the woodwork was exceptional. Always punctual,clean and tidy and courteous. We were happy to extend our requirement to the exterior of the property which was completed to the same high standard. Thanks Nick for a great job

Jim agreed to tackle a very difficult job - putting a VERY heavy liner (Wallrock) on a ceiling to cover a crack in the ceiling. Over the course of three days he turned up on time and got on with the work. The results are excellent - far exceeding our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jim (and have already done so to a number of friends). If you are looking for a real professional - at a competitive price - he's your man..and very clean & tidy..and a nice guy to boot. Richard
Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive.
